In this video, we show you how to create a Space on Swipecor and set up your company profile.

Your Profile as the Central Hub
Your profile is your central hub on Swipecor. Here you see your Space, your Mall memberships, and all content related to you, all in one place. Through the profile menu, you can access all settings, from interests to support, and the Edit Profile section.

What Is a Space?
In the Edit Profile section, you'll find the Spaces section. Here you can create a new Space or join an existing one. A Space is your company profile on Swipecor. It's set up in seconds, almost fully automatically, and absolutely essential for succeeding with Swipecor.

Creating a Space in Two Steps
Step one of two: Enter your company's website, and optionally the work email domain for your colleagues. For example: enter nike.com and tap Next. Swipecor automatically reads the website and prepares your profile draft from it.

In the second step, Swipecor scans the website and automatically creates a draft. This takes about a minute, and you can simply close the window.

Reviewing and Publishing Your Profile
Afterwards, you can review everything once more. Name, slogan, and description can be adjusted here before publishing.

After clicking Publish, Swipecor asks for your role in the company. This reminder note explains: the Space owner should also have the appropriate rights within the company. After confirmation, the Space is created and sent to Swipecor for review. Once approved, it appears in your profile.

Switching Between Multiple Spaces
Active in multiple Spaces? You can switch anytime via "Logged in as." Select a Space, confirm, and you're already working in the right company profile.

Now you're ready: create a Space, let it set up automatically, and switch anytime. This is how you successfully bring your company to Swipecor.
